Terms and Conditions of Use of WavyLine Classfied Adverts (Classifieds)
These are the conditions of Use of WavyLine Classfied Adverts (“WLC”) which
constitute an Agreement between you and WavyLine.Com, a company trading in the
United Kingdom and referred to here as WavyLine.Com, whether you are a browser
user of WavyLine.Com or a subscribing Reader of Bow Wave. You have confirmed
that you have read and accepted these conditions.
1. Password
If you have a password protecting your access to WLC, it is your responsibility
to keep your password confidential. If the password is shared, you continue to
be responsible for account management. Usage of WLC is limited to you and to
employees/staff of your organisation.
2. User Registration and Company Details
It is a condition of this Agreement that you keep your User Registration and
Company details up to date, particularly telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.
If you are a subscribing member you are solely responsible for entering,
maintaining and updating the information contained in your information,
webpage(s) and/or your website.
3. Liability
WLC has no liability to you in respect of the accuracy of the information
supplied. WLC has no liability whatsoever, however arising, whether in contract,
tort, statute or otherwise, for or arising out of any defect or error in WLC and
all conditions, warranties or other terms, whether express or implied, statutory
or otherwise are excluded. In particular, WLC has no liability to you for any
indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of WLC. You agree to
indemnify and hold WLC harmless from any claim by third parties arising from
your use of WLC.
4. Copyright
All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in WlCare the
exclusive property of WavyLine. WLC is a trademark of WavyLine.Com.
5. Availability of WLC
The availability of WLC at any particular time cannot be guaranteed and is not
warranted. The service may for example be briefly suspended at certain times for
essential maintenance.
You specifically agree that the Administrators of WLC Ltd have the right to edit
or delete your account details or information details at any time if they
believe them to be incorrect or misleading in any way.
You further agree that the Administrators may cancel your account in the event
of non-payment of a subscription, fees or any breach of these Conditions of Use,
or for any other reason whatsoever.
6. Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and the parties agree that any
matter arising from it or from your use of WLC is subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English courts.
